- Meet Our Director -
Devi Balentine
Lauren Noel
Director of Operations/Client Relations
After coming on as a client soon after the company’s founding, Lauren just kept showing up. Before long she called Pro K9 her work home. It is safe and accurate to say that without Lauren we would not be where we are today. Her commitment and dedication, through good and hard times, show how committed she is to our success. Lauren is the most diverse person on our team. She has done, and done well, every job we do here at Pro K9.
In addition to the pet training world, Lauren has a passion for working dogs. Doing scent work with her personal pup Karma, and finding opportunities to apply this training brings her joy in life. If you frequent the New Orleans Saints Games you may have seen her and Karma screening cars for explosives. This not only allows her to stay sharp with her training skills it also provides her with an outlet to serve the community.
Today, Lauren wears multiple hats. Her two primary roles are Director of Operations and Client Relations. From the first contact, to well after the training has finished and the pup has gone home, all communication goes through her. She set it up this way to assure that every client and every dog gets the care and communication needed for success. In addition to Client Relations, Lauren oversees every aspect of the training facility. Director of Operations is no small task, but Lauren handles it with ease. She is the glue that keeps us all together and in step.

Top Trainer 5 Years Running!
We sent our 18 month old Bully Sarge for the two week board training. Every issue we had with our Bully was addressed. Door manners in and out the house, well mannered around company (no jumping when greeting), along with the basic obedient commands. You couldn’t ask for a better trainer for your pet. – Rod B.
Even though we did our research before getting our Australian Cattle Dog (blue heeler), Willie, we still had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. When we started training at 5 months, Willie was a typical ACD….high energy, high drive, herding anything she could and trying her hardest to be the alpha. Pro K-9 was amazing not only with teaching Willie obedience and manners, and breaking bad habits, but also when it came to teaching us how to teach her. – Lauren N.
